What you are buying

Everything sold under the Human Runtime Formula label is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, under eighteen, taking medication or under a doctor’s care, ask the doctor first. Keep it out of the reach of children.

Orders and payment

The price shown on the page is the price of the bottle, or of the bottles, in US dollars and before sales tax. Sales tax, where it is charged for the address the bottle ships to, is added at checkout and shown before you pay, and the receipt and the confirmation show it on a line of its own. Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page; we never see your card. An order is placed when Stripe confirms the payment, and you receive a confirmation by email. We ship to the contiguous 48 states; an address outside them is refused at checkout.

The first-order price of a subscription’s first delivery, where one is offered, applies once per customer: to the first order placed under an email address. It is taken off at checkout and nowhere else. One bottle, and several bought at once, cost the same for every customer.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews on the schedule and at the price shown when you start it, and charges the card on file each time until you cancel it; a first delivery’s first-order price is for that delivery alone. You can change or cancel it at any time from your account page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal; a cancellation before a renewal stops that renewal. A renewal already charged ships.

Money-back guarantee

Your first order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from Human Runtime Formula LLC. If it is not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of the day the order was delivered, and we refund everything you paid for it — the bottles, and the sales tax charged on them — to the card it was paid with, through Stripe. The bottles may be opened or not, and you do not send anything back.

It covers one order per customer: the first placed under your email address, whichever it was — one bottle, several bought at once, or the first delivery of a subscription. Later orders, a subscription’s renewals among them, are not covered by it; what happens when one of them arrives wrong is in the section below. When the first order was a subscription’s first delivery, the refund cancels the subscription too, so nothing more is charged, unless you ask us to keep it.

To ask, write to support@humanruntimeformula.com, or reply to the order confirmation, with the order number or the email address you ordered with. No reason is needed, and no form.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped by Supliful, our fulfilment partner, and you receive the tracking number by email when it is on its way. Delivery times are the carrier’s, not ours, and a missed delivery is a thing to take up with us, not with the carrier: write to support@humanruntimeformula.com.

If something is wrong

A bottle that arrives damaged, opened or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded, on any order; tell us within thirty days of delivery. Beyond the money-back guarantee on a first order, an unopened bottle from any order can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of its price: write to us first, and we will say where to send it. A refund goes back to the card it came from, through Stripe.

Accounts

Anyone may sign in, and the email address is the account. Access is yours alone: do not pass on a code, a sign-in link or a signed-in browser. The people who run the store may read, correct or remove anything on the site in the course of running it.

Email

An order sends the email it needs: a confirmation, a shipping notice, an answer on a ticket. Marketing email goes only to an address that asked for it, every message carries an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it.

No warranty, and what we are not liable for

This site is provided as it is. It may change, break or stop, with or without warning, and nothing here promises that it will be available, correct or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Human Runtime Formula LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use beyond the price of what you bought.

Changes

These terms can change. The date above says when they last did, and buying or signing in after that means the terms as they then read.
