Will Human Runtime™ Formula help me compete with AI?
Not on its terms. Nothing will: it will always supply more answers, faster.
It is designed for the mental edge you need to survive in an AI-run world, and that edge is on the terms a machine cannot meet: deciding which answer matters, and living with the decision.
Why would a supplement have anything to do with AI?
Most people have never put the two together. The contest with artificial intelligence is usually described as a contest of answers, and nobody wins that one.
What a machine leaves to a person is done by a body: noticing, deciding, and owning what happens next, every day, while the machine does not sleep.

Will Human Runtime™ Formula make me think like an AI?
That would duplicate an increasingly inexpensive capability.
The objective is to preserve the forms of judgment for which imitation is not an adequate substitute.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. Caffeine is the third of the blend’s eight members by weight, which places it below 85 mg a capsule: less than a cup of coffee, declared on the label as caffeine, and accompanied by the L-theanine that grows beside it in a tea leaf.
Urgency and importance are separate operating conditions. The formula admits the first and does not let it outrank the second.
Why is the blend declared as a total?
Because the label is permitted to. A proprietary blend declares what it weighs altogether and lists its members in descending order of weight, and that is exactly what the formula page says about each of them: its place in the order, and nothing more precise.
NOISE FLOOR is listed first because the capacity to not respond receives the heaviest allocation.
Why is there brown rice flour?
Every system requires a reference state.

Can I take more than one capsule?

How do you test AI competitiveness?
The Human Runtime evaluation begins with a task in which the operator is permitted to conclude that the task should not be performed.
A system that can only compete by completing the benchmark has already accepted someone else’s definition of success.
Is this anti-AI?
No.

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily. For best results, take with 6–8 oz / 177–237 mL of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
